About Us

We are located within the community of Medowie, which is central to the local government area of Port Stephens. We pride ourselves as a community based preschool as we have established strong lifelong connections with various community members and families. We believe when children have a strong connection with their world it enables them to be effective members of the community, whilst fostering their rights as a child. We believe that our role as educators is to work in partnership with families to achieve the best opportunities for their child.  This collaborative approach fosters the community spirit of the preschool and benefits all of its members. These are the child’s first steps into the wider community as an individual learner where the foundations for future learning are laid.  We endeavour to encourage the children to learn and grow by providing them with a stimulating play environment offering a range of learning centres where children explore, discover, create and learn as they engage in these experiences.
